EKMSAN offers mold design, manufacturing, revision, maintenance, and repair solutions for the production needs of various sectors. We produce plastic injection molds, aluminum injection molds, thermoforming molds, cutting molds, and special mold applications using a project-specific engineering approach.

In the mold manufacturing process, part geometry, materials to be used, manufacturing method, dimensional accuracy, and process requirements are all considered together. By utilizing precision manufacturing methods such as CNC machining, wire erosion, and surface grinding, we develop durable and repeatable mold solutions that are compatible with production processes.
