Custom Machine Design and Manufacturing
We design and manufacture custom machinery for projects that meet production needs not addressed by standard machines. By evaluating the product to be manufactured, process steps, operating principles, capacity requirements, and operating conditions, we develop systems suitable for the company's production process.

Thermoforming Machines
We design and manufacture 3, 4, and 5-station thermoforming machines for different production processes. We plan the machine structure specifically for each project, taking into account the characteristics of the product to be manufactured, the materials to be used, and the process requirements.
We can create stations tailored to the needs of different processes such as preheating, shaping, filling and dosing, foil sealing, cutting, and stacking. By combining our experience in thermoforming machine and mold manufacturing, we develop solutions for the entire production system.
Hydraulic Press Systems
We design and manufacture hydraulic press systems to meet the force, working area, and process requirements of various industrial applications. Depending on project needs, we develop single or multi-stage press systems ranging from 20 tons to 300 tons.
We can configure the systems as semi-automatic or fully automatic depending on the application; we can integrate functions such as PLC control, speed, temperature, and distance control into the system according to the requirements of the production process.
Ultrasonic Systems
We develop machine and system solutions for ultrasonic welding and bonding applications in industrial production processes. We determine the appropriate system structure by evaluating the material, product geometry, and process requirements of the application.
